I am a new subscriber, where is my first magazine?
We have a strict deadline for subscriptions and renewals.
Depending on when you paid will determine which issue you will get first.

Deadlines for subscriptions are:

If your payment clears between February 2 and April 1 you will get the May/June issue as your first issue, which will arrive in May.

If your payment clears between April 2 and June 1 you will get the July/Aug issue as your first issue, which will arrive in July.

If your payment clears between June 2 and August 1 you will get the Sept/Oct issue as your first issue, which will arrive in September.

If your payment clears between August 2 and October 1 you will get the Nov/Dec issue as your first issue, which will arrive in November.

If your payment clears between October 2 and  December 1 you will get the Jan/Feb issue as your first issue, which will arrive in January. Please note that the Jan/Feb 2010 issue was electronic ONLY and not mailed. To view it, click here.

If your payment clears between December 2 and February 1 you will get the Mar/Apr issue as your first issue, which will arrive in March.

When will I receive my current issue?
If it is well past the time you are expecting a current issue please contact us and include the full name and address that appears on your mailing label so we can check if your subscription is due for renewal or if it is just late in arriving.

When does my subscription expire?
New subscribers get 6 issues per year; subscribers before this are getting 5 issues per year. If your subscription is due for renewal you will get an email and a post card in enough time to re-subscribe before the next issue comes out.

How do I change my address?
It is very important to keep your address up to date with us. To use our change of address form, click here.

Will you donate a one-year subscription and/or some free issues of Chihuahua Connection for our next fundraiser?
Absolutely! Please contact us to make arrangements. We can also supply plastic bags for your guests to tote around their prizes.

Can my adoption group get a free subscription to Chihuahua Connection?
